General Information and Conditions

All services can be booked directly to Green Leaf Travels & Tours Company Limited.
 

Tour Price

All tour prices are quoted nett in US Dollars. Tour Price (First Class and Standard Tour) includes all accommodation in twin share-bed basis, full meals) breakfast at confirmed hotels and table d'hote lunch and dinner at first class local restaurants), all internal transportation and transfers, all city sight-seeings and excursion, all entrance fess, porter age for two pieces per person, and accompanied guide fees.

Please note that first-class accommodation is not always available in remote upcountry destination; in such case, GLTT will arrange the best accommodation available.

Economy Tour price includes accommodation at economy hotel/motel/guesthouse with breakfast, all internal transportation and transfer, all city sight-seeings and excursions, all entrance fees, porter age for two pieces per person and station guide fees.

Tour price does not include Airport departure tax, meals not listed, optional tours and personal spending money.
 

Payment Procedure

Payment must be made on acceptance of the quotation and confirmation. Payment can be made by Telegraphic Transfers to:

Cancellation

For cancellation of confirmed arrangement, a cancellation fee according to the case incurred will be charged. Cancellation charges are calculated on the day written notification is received. Cancellation fees are as follows:

45 days prior to arrival                                        Nil

44-21 days prior to arrival                                  10% on Tour Price

20-7 days prior to arrival                                     25% on Tour Price

Less than 7 days prior to arrival                       40% on Tour Price
 

Discount

Every 16th member of a group will be given complimentary for one person to a maximum limit of three members.
 

Responsibility

Green Leaf Travels & Tours and/or their agents act only as agents for the person or companies, providing accommodation, transport, or other services, and assumes no liability or responsibility for injury, accidents, loss or damages to person or property, delays, transport failures, strikes, war, additional expenses of inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by an Services Provider or by "force majeure" severe weather, Acts of God, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other factors beyond their control.

However, Green Leaf Travels & Tours will always make full endeavors to comply with the original tour programmes and arrangements.
 

Refund

After commencement of travel no refund either in full or in part, will be given for unutilized services included in the programme.
